Returns and Refund Policy

We sincerely hope you enjoy your new purchase, but you are very welcome to return this to us. Our return policy is 14 days from the time you receive your products. However, before you request or arrange return, please read the below information carefully. 


This policy applies to all purchases made at Bajoras (www.katrinabajoras.com). It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this Refund and Returns Policy. By placing an order for any of our product(s), you indicate that you have read this policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this policy. If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us.


About Returns

You may Return any Delivered product(s) you have purchased within 14 working days of Delivery.
To do so you must notify us in writing via email - info@katrinabajoras.com.

If you are Returning a product(s) for any reason, you must pay the costs of Returning the product(s) to us.  


When do we not accept returns

We will not accept Returns if the product(s) have been damaged, worn, washed, not in original condition, altered or by altering or customizing the product(s) in any way that could be deemed as you are using or treating the product(s) as your own. While in your possession, you must keep any product(s) you intend to return to us unworn, unused and in a sellable condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.  Product(s) must be Returned in the same condition as they were delivered.


Bespoke Products

Please note that Products Made to Order or Custom Made or Customised to your Specifications (“Bespoke”) cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned, as we are unable to resell goods that have been specifically made to meet your specifications and requirements.

How to return

Care must be taken to ensure the Return product(s) are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts in transit. Product(s) Returned which cannot be re-sold as new due to them being opened, damaged or show wear and tear may be subject to . It is advisable to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance when returning. We cannot provide a guarantee that we will receive your returned product.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 days. Where exchange rates of currency are involved, the Refund will be made in the currency used when you paid for the order. Bajoras does not accept responsibility for any loss or gain caused by changes in the exchange rate between the time of ordering and the time of issuing the Refund.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of us notifying you about your refund being issued, please, check your bank account again and contact your bank or credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
